PROFISSIONAL: Gerente de Infraestrutura e Segurança de Tecnologia da Informação

FORMAÇÃO

Curso Superior Completo em Tecnologia da Informação ou Curso Superior em qualquer área, acompanhado de Curso de Especialização na área de TIC. Desejável pós-graduação ou mestrado na área de gestão.

EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL

- 9 (nove) anos de experiência em atividades técnicas ou gerenciais relacionadas a área de Infraestrutura de TIC e Segurança da Informação ou Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação; - 3 (três) anos de experiência de atuação em processos ITIL e suas boas práticas de gerenciamento de eventos, gerenciamento de requisições de serviço e gerenciamento de incidentes;

- 3 (três) anos de experiência em gestão de equipes de Segurança da Informação. - 3 (três) anos de experiência em gestão de equipes de sustentação de infraestrutura de TIC; e - 2 (dois) anos de experiência técnica em Segurança Cibernética; e - 2 (dois) anos de experiência em gerenciamento de projetos com base no corpo de conhecimentos do PMI (PMBOK)*; *Obs.: Caso o perfil não tenha experiência em Gerenciamento de Projetos, a Contratada poderá disponibilizar, sem custos adicionais para a Contratante, um perfil com essa especialidade, no caso de necessidade de elaboração, acompanhamento e implementação de projetos e/ou processos, de modo a assegurar o gerenciamento do projeto demandado.

CERTIFICAÇÕES/TREINAMENTOS

- Certificação ITIL® Foundation V3 ou superior; - Capacitação de pelo menos 40h em Gerenciamento de Projetos com base no PMBOK ou Certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) ou Superior ou Equivalente (DESEJÁVEL); e - Possuir pelo menos 1 (uma) das certificações abaixo (DESEJÁVEL): - Certificação LPIC-1 - Linux Professional Institute Certified Level 1 ou superior ou equivalente; - Certificação MCSA - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Windows Server ou superior ou equivalente; - Certificação SFPC - Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate ou superior ou equivalente; e - Certificação DEPC - DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate ou superior ou equivalente.

- Certificação CASP+ (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner) ou CEH Pratica (Ethical Hacker (Practical)) ou equivalente (DESEJÁVEL); e - Certificação EXIN (Information Security Management Professional) based on ISO/IEC 27001 ou equivalente (DESEJÁVEL).

GERENCIAMENTO

- Liderar os demais profissionais das equipes de Segurança da Informação e Monitoramento, apoiando e auxiliando nas demandas;

- Promover a integração das equipes;

- Garantir o atendimento dos níveis de serviços acordados;

- Atuar na proposição, na elaboração e na gestão de projetos e serviços de Segurança da Informação;

- Identificar e avaliar soluções;

- Propor e implementar estratégias e procedimentos de contingências;

- Coordenar a implementação de soluções;

- Propor, coordenar, executar e monitorar ações para manutenção do nível adequado de proteção do ambiente tecnológico da Contratante;

- Auxiliar no planejamento, implantação e monitoramento de ações, controles e medidas de conformidade com legislações, regulamentos e normativos.

- Planejar, formalizar, coordenar, executar e monitorar as atividades relativas ao Sistema de Gestão de Segurança da Informação, à gestão de continuidade

de TIC, à gestão de incidentes de segurança da informação e à gestão de riscos de segurança da informação;

- Implementar ações voltadas para atender à Política de Segurança da Informação e à Segurança Cibernética;

- Realizar apoio técnico especializado aos gestores da Contratante em matérias relacionadas à segurança da Informação;

- Gerenciar, operar e monitorar soluções de proteção do ambiente tecnológico;

- Interagir com os fornecedores, demais membros da equipe de sistemas e com os gestores da Contratante;

- Manter as boas práticas do fabricante e de compliance das políticas de segurança vigente;

- Sugerir melhorias de infraestrutura;

- Gerir projetos devidamente aprovados pelo Comitê Consultivo de Mudanças (CCM); e

- Outras atividades relacionadas ao Tema.
