Wir suchen eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit, die im Public Sector nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufbaut und Chancen erkennt.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung Betreuung & Entwicklung Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Sektor.
  • Arbeit im Farming (70%) und Hunting (30%) sowie Aufbau langfristiger, belastbarer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Leitung von Vertriebsprojekten und Abstimmung der Anforderungen der Kunden mit den technischen Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung/Ausbau des Bestandsgeschäfts (enge Zusammenarbeit mit Delivery & Community Manager)
  • Durchgängige Verantwortung von der Akquisition über die ordnungsgemäße Angebots- und Vertragsgestaltung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Vollumfängliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Sinne des Sales Life Cycles
  • Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Account zur Entwicklung von Cross Selling für das Portfolio der DIGIT4U Gruppe
  • Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und Pflege durch kontinuierliche Kommunikation, besonders zu Entscheidern in den verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
  • Erstellung von Kundenentwicklungsplänen

Ihre Expertise

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sales o.ä. oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaft, Vertriebsmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie o. ä.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit Fokus auf IT-Lösungen im öffentlichen Sektor
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Bestandskundenentwicklung (Farming) und Neukundengewinnung (Hunting)
  • Verständnis der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie ein belastbares Netzwerk zu Entscheidungsträgern
  • Erfahrung im Angebots- und Vergabeprozess sowie Kenntnisse gängiger Vertragsformen im Public Sector – insbesondere im People-Business
  • Starke Kommunikations-, Vertriebs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
