Unsere Schwestergesellschaft Network Partners GmbH wurde 1995 als klassisches IT-Systemhaus gegründet. Der Standort Erding erwies sich bei der Wahl des Firmensitzes als idealer Ausgangspunkt für kontinuierliches Wachstum. Neu ist, dass wir ab sofort Teil der DIGIT4U Group und damit eines expandierenden Netzwerkes sind.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden beim Einsatz der M365 Suite
  • Migration von klassischen IMAP oder OnPrem Exchange Servern zu Exchange Online
  • Client Management über Intune
  • Ausrollen von Clients mit Autopilot
  • Aufbau von Berechtigungsstrukturen mit Entra ID & Conditional Access
  • Anbindung von lokalen Active Directory Domänen mit Entra ID Connect
  • Entstörung der M365 Dienste wie z.B. eMail-Nachverfolgung, Antispam-Einstellungen, Anmeldeprobleme, Berechtigungsstrukturen etc.
  • Dokumentation der erledigten Projekte und Übergabe ans Support Team
  • Diagnose und Analyse von technischen Problemen und Störungen
  • Unterstützung des Support Teams für dein Fokus Thema Microsoft 365
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
  • Selbständige Entwicklung von effizienten Lösungsansätzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und ständige Kommunikation mit dem gesamten Team

Ihre Expertise

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 & Windows Server- & Client-Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Scripting mit PowerShell, Power Automate o. ä.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Server, Exchange-, SQL-Server, Microsoft Hyper-V und Firewalls
  • Kontaktfreudig
  • Spaß an der Implementierung von cloudbasierten Diensten und der Bewältigung technischer Herausforderungen
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du liebst es an Aufgaben zu wachsen und interessierst dich für neue Technologien
  • Aktuelle Zertifizierungen in einem oder mehreren dieser Bereiche sind von Vorteil
