Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil Hunter de verdade, alguém que goste de prospecção ativa, seja resiliente diante de objeções e tenha prazer em transformar contatos frios em oportunidades concretas de negócio.

Aqui você não receberá uma carteira pronta de clientes. Procuramos alguém com mentalidade de crescimento, disciplina para atuar em Home Office e capacidade de construir resultados através da prospecção diária.

Você será responsável por identificar proprietários de imóveis, apresentar os diferenciais da maior plataforma imobiliária da América Latina e converter oportunidades em anúncios ativos dentro do ecossistema QuintoAndar.

Remuneração

Modelo PJ

• Fixo: R$ 2.800,00

• Variável:

• Até 20 captações: R$ 80 por captação;

• De 21 a 30 captações: R$ 100 por captação;

• De 31 a 40 captações: R$ 120 por captação;

• Acima de 40 captações: progressão escalonada , sem teto de ganhos.

Responsabilidades

• Prospectar ativamente proprietários de imóveis através de plataformas e ferramentas disponibilizadas pela operação;

• Identificar oportunidades de imóveis para locação e venda;

• Realizar contatos via telefone, WhatsApp e outros canais de comunicação;

• Apresentar os benefícios e diferenciais da plataforma QuintoAndar;

• Conduzir negociações e contornar objeções comerciais;

• Converter imóveis para anúncio na plataforma;

• Organizar atividades e acompanhar indicadores de performance;

• Alimentar controles internos e manter registros atualizados;

• Cumprir metas de captação estabelecidas;

• Buscar continuamente novas oportunidades de negócio.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

• Experiência prévia em vendas, prospecção ou atendimento comercial;

• Excelente comunicação verbal;

• Facilidade para negociação e contorno de objeções;

• Perfil altamente disciplinado para atuação remota;

• Organização e autogerenciamento;

• Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais e comunicação online;

• Disponibilidade para contratação PJ;

• Computador e internet adequados para trabalho Home Office.

• Atuação anterior nos segmentos imobiliário, seguros, energia solar, consórcios, telecom ou mercado financeiro;

• Histórico de atingimento ou superação de metas comerciais;

• Experiência em operações de alta produtividade comercial.

A operação é conduzida por Rômulo Gomes, parceiro comercial especializado em captação imobiliária para o ecossistema do QuintoAndar.

O trabalho consiste em conectar proprietários de imóveis às soluções oferecidas pela plataforma, contribuindo para ampliar a oferta de imóveis disponíveis para locação e venda.
