About JIHECANG

JIHECANG is a growing alcohol distribution and market development company in Singapore.

We work with restaurants, bars, KTVs, retailers, wholesalers and corporate customers, bringing interesting beverage brands and products into the local market.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, exploring the market and building new business opportunities.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn how to develop customers, build distribution channels and grow sales in Singapore’s F&B and alcohol market.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new restaurants, bars, KTVs, retailers, wholesalers and other business customers.
  • Visit potential customers and introduce our products and brands.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Encourage repeat orders and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
  • Achieve monthly sales and new customer development targets.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  • Support product launches, tastings, promotions and events.
  • Maintain basic customer records and sales updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, F&B, FMCG or customer-facing roles.
  • Candidates without direct industry experience are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Comfortable meeting new people and approaching potential customers.
  • Interested in sales, F&B, beverages and business development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and follow up with customers consistently.
  • Comfortable travelling around Singapore for customer visits.
