Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist (Fresher) to join our dynamic technology team at Cyepro Solution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional passionate about digital marketing, search engine optimization, and data-driven strategies. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ online visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings across diverse technology platforms. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing strategists to implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, conduct keyword research, analyze performance metrics, and optimize websites for both users and search engines. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced tech environment while contributing to impactful digital campaigns that shape client success. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for organic growth. Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking strategies. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blog posts, landing pages, and website copy. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Identify technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization) and work with developers to resolve them. Build and maintain backlink profiles through outreach, content promotion, and relationship management. Stay updated with algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies proactively. Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Support local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure for technical SEO support. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and digital marketing platforms. Passion for technology, digital innovation, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in digital marketing or SEO. Certification in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, or SEMrush Academy). Portfolio demonstrating SEO-related projects or optimizations.
