Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Eject Solutions. This role is ideal for a fresher passionate about digital trends, data-driven strategies, and creative content. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our online presence across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting lead generation initiatives. Your work will directly impact brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in digital marketing while contributing to impactful, real-world campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms. Create and schedule engaging content (text, graphics, videos) tailored to target audiences and brand voice. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads. Assist in SEO optimization of website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings. Support email marketing efforts including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance tracking. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Generate regular reports on campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (freshers welcome). Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Canva. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content development. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with content calendars, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and data interpretation. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
