Summary: As a Social Media Strategist & Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing dynamic digital content strategies that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable client growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. Your work will directly influence brand perception, audience reach, and campaign performance, making you a key contributor to long-term digital success. Responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly content strategies aligned with client goals and audience insights. Create and manage detailed content calendars to ensure timely, consistent publishing. Write compelling, platform-specific copy for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce integrated, visually engaging content. Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and optimize content for improved results. Ensure all content maintains brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation efficiency and scalability. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in social media strategy, content writing, or digital marketing. Strong writing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types (blogs, captions, campaign copy). Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Familiarity with AI writing and productivity tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
