Uptrix Technology is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. This entry-level opportunity is tailored for recent graduates or candidates with limited work history who are ready to begin their careers in the dynamic digital sector. The core purpose of this position is to aid in the formulation and implementation of social media strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, cultivating community interaction, and directing users to our software products. As an integral part of the marketing division, you will be instrumental in defining our digital footprint and engaging our audience through creative online avenues. Responsibilities Contribute to the development and scheduling of compelling content across multiple social channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives. Track and assess social media performance data to gauge campaign success and offer strategic recommendations for future initiatives. Interact with online audiences by promptly and professionally addressing comments, direct messages, and public mentions. Work closely with the marketing team to generate innovative concepts for promotional events, contests, and broader campaigns. Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and industry standards specific to social media within the technology and software sectors. Assist in overseeing social media profiles to maintain uniformity in posting frequency and visual branding. Requirements Requirements: Have between zero and one year of experience in social media marketing, including internships or relevant academic coursework. Possess a firm grasp of major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Demonstrate competence with content creation software and fundamental analytics tools. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication abilities, with the capacity to produce persuasive copy. Show initiative, creativity, and a strong desire to learn within a rapid-paced technology setting. Hold a degree or certification in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
