Über die Position:

In der Rolle Implementation Services Manager (f/m/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten in unseren Rechenzentrumsumgebungen in Wien.

Dabei stellen Sie eine strukturierte Steuerung und Koordination von internen Teams sowie externen Partnern sicher und gewährleisten eine termingerechte, budgetkonforme und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung komplexer Kundenlösungen.

Die Position ist auf subregionaler Ebene angesiedelt und umfasst Projekte in der Region DE, AT, KR und CH. Sie arbeiten eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams sowie internationalen Standorten zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Projekterfolg bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die End-to-End-Steuerung von Kundenprojekten
  • Planung und Koordination von Rechenzentrumsfläche und Infrastrukturinstallationen
  • Steuerung interner Teams sowie externer Dienstleister und Subunternehmer
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcenplanung
  • Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden während der Projektumsetzung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Abnahmeprozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Übergabe an Operations inklusive Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei Lieferantenauswahl und RFP-Prozessen
  • Monitoring und Reporting von Projektfortschritt, Kosten und Änderungen
  • Koordination mehrerer Projekte in einem dynamischen, geschäftskritischen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Rechenzentren, Bauwesen, Telekommunikation oder Engineering
  • Fundierte Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse inkl. Budget- und Zeitsteuerung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von internen Teams und externen Partnern/Subunternehmern
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und Planunterlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project sowie MS Office (insb. Excel, Visio)
  • Strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Koordinationsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Stakeholderorientierung
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auch in komplexen Projektsituationen
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie hohe Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
