Einleitung

Du liebst es, wenn alles seinen Platz hat, aber Chaos-Startup-Energie schreckt dich trotzdem nicht ab? Du begrüßt Fremde so herzlich, dass sie sich fragen, ob sie dich schon mal getroffen haben? Dann haben wir da was für dich. Wir suchen jemanden, der unsere Coworker*innen und Startups nicht nur verwaltet, sondern wirklich begleitet — vom ersten "Hallo, wo ist der Kaffee?" bis zum großen Pitch-Day. Die Stelle ist ab Mitte Oktober für Dich frei und zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unsere Standortleitung dabei, dass der Space läuft – organisatorisch, menschlich, praktisch. Kein 08/15-Bürojob, sondern mittendrin bei Startups, Gründer:innen und der ganzen Bonn/Köln-Szene.

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für alles rund ums Coworking – Fragen, Probleme, spontane Wünsche landen bei Dir
  • Buchungsanfragen bearbeiten – aus Interessent:innen werden Coworker:innen
  • Empfang & Willkommenheißen – neue Gesichter, Startups, Gäste: Du machst den ersten Eindruck zum guten
  • On-/Offboarding – Du sprichst das erste „Herzlich Willkommen!“
  • Events mit vorbereiten – Stühle, Technik, Chaos-Management
  • Ordnung und Raumgestaltung – Du sorgst dafür, dass es nicht aussieht wie nach ner Explosion.
  • Räume für Buchungen umbauen – Tetris, aber mit Tischen
  • Telefon & digitale Buchungsverwaltung – ja, muss halt auch.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Anpacker-Mentalität – „Kann ich lösen“ statt „Nicht mein Problem“
  • Organisationstalent und eigene Ideen, wie man’s hier noch besser macht
  • Handwerkliches Geschick (IKEA-Regal-Aufbauskills? Bonuspunkte!)
  • Bock auf Startups und Gründerszene – echtes Interesse an Neuem!
  • Neugierig, selbständig, aber nicht zu stolz, um mal nachzufragen
  • Teamplayer – wir ziehen hier gemeinsam an einem Strang.
  • Zeitlich flexibel
  • Eingeschrieben an einer Hochschule im Raum Bonn/Köln
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
