Bij Digital Survival Company in Nieuwegein zoeken we een Medior Modern Workplace Engineer die complexe technische vraagstukken wil oplossen, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van afwisselende klantomgevingen.

Je werkt aan incidenten, changes en verbeteringen voor klanten binnen onder andere overheid en bedrijfsleven. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen en te sparren met ervaren collega's.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe werkplekproblemen
  • Uitvoeren van changes binnen Microsoft-omgevingen
  • Onderzoeken van terugkerende verstoringen en structurele oplossingen aandragen
  • Uitvoeren van impact- en risicoanalyses
  • Klantoverleggen en afstemming met interne teams
  • Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en dienstverlening
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening

Onze klanten verschillen sterk van elkaar. Daardoor werk je niet in één standaardomgeving, maar kom je dagelijks in aanraking met uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken binnen Microsoft 365, Intune en moderne werkplekomgevingen.

Niet alles ligt vast. Dat betekent dat je mee kunt denken over verbeteringen, jezelf technisch blijft ontwikkelen en regelmatig vraagstukken tegenkomt die je nog niet eerder hebt gezien.

Deze rol past goed bij je als je energie krijgt van:

  • Complexe technische problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Werken aan verschillende klantomgevingen
  • Zelf verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je werk
  • Sparren met collega's die inhoudelijk sterk zijn
  • Continu nieuwe dingen leren

Dit neem je mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Workplace Engineer, Systeembeheerder of vergelijkbare functie
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365 en moderne werkplekomgevingen
  • Kennis van Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID en Endpoint Management
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en klantgericht
  • Je houdt overzicht wanneer de druk toeneemt
  • Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands
