Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Volketswil suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

*Fachspezialist\in Finanzen \& Administration (50–70 %)** -------------------------------------------------------------

Es erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung in einem vielseitigen Betrieb, der sich im internationalen Markt durch Präzision und Qualität durchzusetzen vermag.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Buchhaltung in Abacus bis und mit Jahresabschluss (Prüfung durch Treuhänder)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerberatern in Österreich und Deutschland
  • Lohnbuchhaltung, Personaladministration, Zeiterfassung und Absenzen
  • Koordination IT\-Partner und IT\-Beschaffung (kein IT\-Fachwissen nötig)
  • Prozessverantwortung für Deine Themen in unserem ISO\-9001\-System

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Du packst gerne selbst an vom Verbuchen bis zum Gestalten neuer Abläufe
  • Fundierte Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Abschluss HF/FH)
  • Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung und Lohnadministration, idealerweise inkl. Jahresabschluss
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse,
  • IT\-Affinität, Erfahrung mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • eine selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenkontrolle
