Välkommen att söka jobb hos oss, Dille Gård, en annorlunda skola. Vi är ett litet dynamiskt företag med verksamhet inom utbildning och veterinärvård. Vi jobbar mot vår vision "Vi skapar nya berättelser genom modiga val" med stor entreprenörsanda. Vi jobbar hårt med att skapa en trygg, prestigelös och inspirerande miljö för personal och de människor vi möter i vårt arbete. Vi utbildar inom skog, djur och förarutbildningar. Här finns ca 50 personal, 150 gymnasieelver och ett 100-tal vuxenstudenter. Ta en titt på vår facebooksida eller Instagram så ser du mer om vad som händer på Dille Gård just nu. Vi har också en syskonskola i Haninge söder om Stockholm, Berga Naturbruksgymnasium På Dille Gård i Ås har vi Naturbruksprogrammet på gymnasiet samt komvux med profilerna; Häst, Jakt, Hund, Äventyr, skogsmaskin, buss, lastbil och Djursjukvård. Skolans personal jobbar nära de studerande med en processinriktad pedagogik. Skolan ligger i fin gårdsmiljö och fastigheten utvecklas ständigt. I anslutning till skolan ligger vår fina veterinärklinik. Vi strävar efter att arbeta nära eleverna och jobbar mycket med vår "Dilleanda".

Nu söker vi på Dille Gårds transportenhet en engagerad och kompetent tung trafiklärare som är godkänd av Transportstyrelsen för behörigheterna C och CE, samt meriterande med D och DE. Hos oss får du möjligheten att spela en avgörande roll i utbildningen av framtidens yrkesförare.

Krav:

Godkänd tung trafiklärare av Transportstyrelsen för behörigheterna C och CE (meriterande med D och DE).

Tidigare erfarenhet av undervisning, både i fordon och i klassrum är önskvärt.

Godkänd YKB-lärare av Transportstyrelsen är ett stort plus, men inget krav.

Som person är du flexibel, pedagogisk och är inte rädd för att möta utmaningar. Du brinner för utbildning och har en särskild förmåga att anpassa ditt lärande efter individens behov. Du har ett stort tålamod och skapar lätt relationer som inger förtroende. Vi värdesätter ditt personliga engagemang högt och för att bli aktuell för tjänsten är det viktigt att du lever efter våra värderingar.
