Sobre a vaga

Buscamos um(a) Analista de CRM para atuar na gestão e evolução das jornadas de comerciais, apoiando a operação e contribuindo para tornar nossos processos cada vez mais eficientes, automatizados e orientados por dados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Operar e acompanhar o Salesforce CRM, garantindo a correta utilização da ferramenta e dos processos definidos;
  • Operar e acompanhar os funis de pós-venda, monitorando etapas, conversões e oportunidades;
  • Mapear e propor melhorias nos fluxos e jornadas de relacionamento com o cliente;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação de processos, aumentando a eficiência da operação;
  • Analisar dados e comportamento dos funis, gerando insights e recomendações para melhoria dos resultados;
  • Implementar réguas automações criando e-mail marketing e disparos de WhatsApps com conteúdos via Marketing Cloud;
  • Apoiar a documentação e padronização dos processos e dados do CRM.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação.
  • Experiência com CRM e gestão de funil de vendas e/ou pós-venda;
  • Capacidade analítica e facilidade para identificar problemas e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar junto a diferentes áreas;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e visão de processos;
  • Perfil proativo, com foco em melhoria contínua e resultados.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prática com Salesforce Sales Cloud e/ou Service Cloud e/ou Marketing Cloud;
  • Experiência com automações, fluxos e jornadas dentro de CRM;
  • Experiência com projetos de implantação ou evolução de CRM;
  • Conhecimento de processos de pós-venda;
  • Experiência no setor Automotivo.
