Buscamos um Assistente de Faturamento. O profissional será responsável por garantir a conformidade e a precisão dos documentos e processos, além de realizar verificações e controles necessários para assegurar a integridade das informações.

Responsabilidades e atribuições: Atender e suportar o time comercial; Executar tarefas pertinentes a rotina administrativa (conferir documentos, enviar processos aos prestadores de serviço); Atuar em projetos de melhoria de processos; Fazer a emissão de Notas Fiscais; Acompanhar processos de transferências e emplacamentos de veículos no Detran; Conferir a documentação e valores referentes a negociação; Consultar junto ao Detran e DPRF (multas); Colher assinaturas de clientes referente as multas e pontuações; Manusear planilha de Excel para controle de tarefas; Usar os sistemas Unico Auto e NBS para realização de demandas; Dentre outras demandas correlatas ao setor do Faturamento.

Competências técnicas (Hard Skills): Cursando superior ou graduado em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico em excel; Experiência na área administrativa.

Competências comportamentais (Soft Skills): Proatividade; Boa comunicação; Resolutividade; Bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Informações adicionais: Trabalhará em horário comercial de segunda a sexta das 8h às 18h, com escalas aos sábados das 9h às 13h. Necessário disponibilidade de horários no fechamento do mês.
