Buscamos um profissional para atuação na área comercial, como Vendedor (a) de Veículos Novos, para Dimas Omoda Jaecoo, em Lages. Com foco em encantamento, transparência e desenvolvimento de relacionamentos com os clientes. É necessário vontade de tornar o atendimento genuinamente humano e, trazer uma experiência diferenciada, com objetivo de proporcionar a melhor entrega ao nosso cliente. Responsabilidades e atribuições: Atender e acompanhar os leads e fluxo de loja; Realizar prospecção de clientes e manter o relacionamento com eles; Encantar, vender, assegurar a melhor experiência ao cliente e participar do momento da entrega final dos veículos; Organizar demandas administrativas e operacionais, via sistema; Participar de treinamentos e capacitações da montadora, quando solicitado; Estar em constante atualização a respeito das estratégias comerciais e alinhamento com o Marketing.

Competências Técnicas (Hard skills): Ensino médio completo, desejável graduação em Administração, Gestão Comercial e/ou áreas afins; Facilidades com plataformas digitais e redes sociais; Conhecimento de Matemática financeira básica; Carteira de Habilitação (no mínimo, categoria B); Experiência na área comercial, mínima de 6 meses, no ramo de venda de veículos novos; Será considerado diferencial conhecimento de veículos híbridos e elétricos.

Competências Comportamentais (Soft skills): Boa fluência na comunicação verbal; Habilidade na comunicação escrita; Facilidade em ter bons relacionamentos interpessoais; Características de: adaptabilidade, negociação e persuasão.

Informações adicionais: Trabalhará em horário comercial de segunda a sexta das 8h às 18h e aos sábados das 9h às 13h. Atuação 100% presencial; Uso dos sistemas NBS, Unico Auto; Necessário disponibilidade de horários quando tiver eventos na loja.
