Job Summary

Support marketing and business development operations by extracting and consolidating data, coordinating franchise agreements, managing documentation, and providing administrative assistance to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Duties

Marketing

  • Extract weekly store marketing data to analyze promotion effectiveness
  • Compile monthly data reports for Director Meetings to support strategic decisions
  • Consolidate monthly Google Reviews data to monitor customer feedback trends
  • Coordinate marketing activities with local stores (PLQ/AMK) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Manage landlord communications to maintain positive property relationships
  • Oversee POS materials and BYOD initiatives to support sales and customer engagement
  • Manage online platform presence including Grab and Food Panda to optimize digital marketing
  • Administer Google platforms to enhance online visibility and customer interaction
  • Coordinate Mystery Shopper programs and generate reports to assess service quality

Business Development

  • Prepare, issue, and administer franchise agreements by verifying store information and coordinating contract documentation
  • Process contract documents including printing, binding, delivery, collection, scanning, and filing to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with internal teams and franchisees to facilitate contract execution and document submission follow-ups
  • Collect, maintain, and organize business licenses, insurance certificates, and other required documents to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Update and maintain accurate store information and company records quarterly for operational accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team to enhance workflow efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, to manage data and reporting tasks
  • Familiar with Google Business Profile Management and review tools to monitor and improve online presence
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Clear communication abilities to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in administration, sales support, and the F&B industry to contribute relevant operational knowledge
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields to support marketing and business functions
  • Ability to commit to a fixed part-time schedule to meet operational needs

Remuneration

  • Working Hours: min. 4 hours per day
  • Working Days: min. 4 days per week
  • Hourly rate from $15per hour
