Vil du være motoren i en mørk, pulserende jungle af latinamerikansk streetfood, neonlys og tårnhøj energi? Hos Cinco handler det om smagsoplevelser, intense saucer, fyldte borde og masser af liv. Vi søger en mødestabil og effektiv Dishwasher, der vil sørge for, at vores køkken og restaurant aldrig sakker bagud på tempoet!

Som Dishwasher hos Cinco er du fundamentet for, at hele holdet kan præstere. Når der ruller 10 og 13 serveringer ud til bordene i højt tempo, er det dig, der sikrer, at kokke og tjenere altid har rent service og værktøj ved hånden.

Dine primære opgaver bliver:

  • Håndtering og vask af service, glas, bestik og køkkengrej.
  • Sortering og polering af bestik og glasware.
  • Løbende oprydning, aftørring og affaldshåndtering i opvaskeområdet og køkkenet.
  • Opretholdelse af høj standard for rengøring og egenkontrol i dit område.
  • Hjælpe til med lettere forberedelsesopgaver eller træde til, hvis det brænder på hos kollegerne.

Hvem er du?

  • Du arbejder effektivt, struktureret og holder hovedet koldt – også i spidsbelastninger.
  • Du har en god fysik, kan lide manuelt arbejde og sætter en ære i at efterlade tingene skinnende rene.
  • Du er en god holdspiller, møder til tiden og bidrager med god energi til teamet.
  • Du taler engelsk eller dansk (sproget i køkkenet er uformelt og direkte).
  • Erfaring fra restaurationsbranchen er et plus, men ikke et krav – vi skal nok lære dig op.
