Er du klar til at være medstyrende i køkkenet på et af Københavns mest markante steakhouses?

Hos KöD brænder vi for perfekt stegte bøffer, nøje udvalgte udskæringer, sprøde fries og ad libitum bearnaise serveret i et råt og energisk univers. Vi søger en skarp og engageret Sous Chef, der som Head Chefs højre hånd vil tage ansvar for den daglige køkkendrift, opretholde vores høje kvalitet og gå forrest i driften.

**Om rollen

Som Sous Chef er du stedfortræder for vores Head Chef og fungerer som den direkte leder for køkkenholdet under service. Du er med til at sikre, at prep, service og rengøring altid sidder lige i skabet, og at maden forlader køkkenet med absolut præcision.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Daglig ledelse, koordinering og motivering af køkkenholdet under service
  • Kvalitetssikring af alle retter før servering i tråd med KöDs standarder
  • Assistance ved varebestilling, modtagelse af råvarer og lagerstyring
  • Oplæring og vejledning af Chefs, Students, Kitchen Assistants og Dishwashers
  • Sikring af overholdelse af hygiejnekrav, rengøringsrutiner og egenkontrol
  • Tæt samarbejde med FOH for at sikre et hurtigt og smidigt serviceflow

Hvem er du

  • Du har solid erfaring som kok og gerne erfaring som Sous Chef eller parti-chef fra et travlt køkken
  • Du brænder for kød, håndværk og har høj faglig stolthed
  • Du leder med et godt eksempel, fastholder strukturen og udstråler ro i spidsbelastninger
  • Du er en holdspiller med stærke samarbejdsevner og en positiv indstilling
  • Du efterlever "One Team"-tanken og trækker gerne i arbejdstøjet på tværs af opgaver
