At DinnerBooking, we are building a booking system that brings restaurants and guests together and we have a lot of fun along the way. With more than 20 million guest bookings annually and 1,400+ restaurants across 11 markets, we help restaurants reach their full business potential.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager based in Denmark to grow our customer base in Poland. You will combine your Polish language skills and understanding of the market with a structured approach to outbound sales.

Your role

Working from Denmark, you will be responsible for contacting restaurant customers in Poland. You will join an ambitious international sales team, share ideas and work together to turn opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting potential customers in the Polish restaurant market.
  • Starting conversations through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Conducting online meetings and product demonstrations in Polish.
  • Managing the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Maintaining a structured and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new customers.

What you bring

  • You are based in Denmark and want to work with the Polish market.
  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience.
  • Confidence in opening doors, starting conversations, and building relationships.
  • A structured approach to managing your pipeline and following up on opportunities.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay motivated and take ownership of your results.
  • An empathetic and energetic personality, with a genuine interest in people and their businesses.
