  • Veranstaltungen mit Autor:innen organisieren (Lesereisen, Signierstunden, Buchhändler:innen- und Autor:innenabende)
  • Ansprechperson für Buchhandlungen und Veranstalter:innen (Literaturhäuser, Theater, Festivals und diversen Kulturinstitutionen)
  • Unterstützung bei Verlagsveranstaltungen
  • Veranstaltungspartner:innen auswählen und Verträge verhandeln
  • Eventabläufe koordinieren, inkl. Moderation und Schauspieler:innen für Leseparts
  • Allgemeine Administration wie Abrechnungen und Reisepläne erstellen
  • Korrespondenz mit internationalen Autor:innen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Verlag, Autor:innen und Veranstalter:innen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Buchhandel, Verlagswesen, Eventmanagement, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Eventorganisation, idealerweise Buchbranche oder Kultur
  • Leidenschaft für Literatur
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei parallelen Projekten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten
  • Transparentes und effizientes Arbeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Datenbanken, Erfahrung mit Adresspflege und kaufmännischen Aufgaben
