The posting

Location: Wuxi, China

Start Date: February 2027

Age Group: Pre-Nursery

Position: Early Years Teacher

Help our youngest children become confident, curious and resilient learners through purposeful play, exploration and discovery.

Wuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science, established through a partnership with King's College School, Wimbledon and Nanjing Foreign Language School, is seeking an outstanding Teacher of Early Years to join our Kindergarten from February 2027.

As our Early Years provision grows, we are opening an additional Pre-Nursery class for children aged 2.5 to 3. Our classes bring together bilingual and international students, with small class sizes of 15–18 children and both Chinese and international educators working together in the classroom.

Our approach is built around the belief that how children learn is as important as what they learn. Through play, inquiry and hands-on experiences, children develop confidence, independence, resilience, creativity and positive relationships.

Learning takes place both indoors and outdoors, including in our four dedicated garden spaces, giving children daily opportunities to explore, experiment, make choices and learn by doing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
