Au sein du département Administration des Ventes et rattaché(e) au Responsable Service Client, vous serez garant(e) de la gestion des commandes sur le Travel Retail Grand Export de la saisie à la livraison.

Description de poste :

Administration des ventes export

  • Saisir les commandes
  • Vérifier les prix et les stocks disponibles
  • Gestion de la fraicheur des lots
  • Envoyer les confirmations aux clients
  • Gérer les mises en préparation
  • Suivre les préparations et les enlèvements avec l’entrepôt
  • Suivre le transport client
  • Gérer la facturation
  • Réaliser un reporting régulier au service commercial et aux clients
  • Gestion des litiges

Contrôle des stocks et des produits sous allocation

Suivi des enregistrements sanitaires sur la zone (parfums et cosmétiques)

  • Suivre les besoins avec le service marketing et les fournisseurs
  • Anticiper les enregistrements pour les nouveaux produits

Suivi des paiements

  • Gérer les recouvrements
  • Rappeler les échéances
  • Effectuer les relances
  • Suivre les lettrages avec le service comptabilité

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d’une formation commerciale et/ou administrative, vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum en administration des ventes au sein d’un département commercial et international, idéalement dans l’univers du luxe.

  • Esprit d’équipe et aisance relationnelle
  • Organisé(e), réactif(ve), autonome et adaptable
  • Maîtrise des incoterms et de la gestion des stocks en LIFO et FIFO
  • Expérience d’un ERP et maîtrise du pack office
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (lu, écrit et parlé)
