Knowledge: Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with design and production workflows. Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability Experience: 4+ years prior experience in scheduling and/or project coordination in fast-paced environments is a plus. Professional Certifications: Schedule (PMI-SP, CST, or MSP-S) or Program Management (PMP or MPM) or other related program management certifications such as Lean 6 Sigma

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and resource constraints.
  • Support lean decision-making by providing data-driven schedule insights

  • Coordinate with technical program managers, and technical leads, portfolio analysts, and other key contributors to define task durations, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential delays or resource bottlenecks early.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Adjust schedules based on scope changes, funding shifts, or product pivots
  • Support risk management by incorporating risk burndowns and networking impacts to discrete activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling conflicts and align deliverables.
  • Maintain health metrics using industry best practices.
  • Mentor technical team and leadership in decomposing work scope and development of schedule
  • In partnership with Portfolio Management Office develop portfolio schedule standards of practice including schedule health metrics, field usages, WBS and OBS alignment, etc.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
