The posting

Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Manager, Campus Operations - EVS position, you’ll lead campus Environmental Services operations across first and second shifts, including Direct Supply Partners and our contracted cleaning company. You’ll create a clean, safe and welcoming campus by setting clear service expectations, developing your team, monitoring performance and improving how work gets done.

Skills Needed:

  • Set Direction & Strategy - Define where we are heading, why it matters, and what is needed to achieve results. Turn ambiguity into clear priorities, connect day-to-day work to strategy, and focus teams on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Exercise Judgment & Own Decisions - Make sound decisions by balancing data, context, risk, speed, and outcomes. Use critical thinking to evaluate ideas, AI-generated insights, and tradeoffs. Take ownership for decisions and results.
  • Design Work Systems - Create better ways for work to get done through people, processes, technology, and AI. Redesign workflows, clarify roles, remove friction, and build scalable work systems that improve quality, speed, customer experiences, and results.
  • Mobilize Leaders & Teams - Build trust and influence leaders, stakeholders, and teams around shared priorities and outcomes. Navigate relationships, organizational dynamics, and competing perspectives to build commitment, remove barriers, and drive coordinated action.
  • Lead & Build Capability - Inspire, develop, and enable people, teams, and systems to continuously improve. Build the skills, habits, tools, and culture needed to raise the bar and scale impact over time.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Lead, develop and coach EVS Partners supporting first- and second-shift operations.
  • Plan staffing, assignments, shift handoffs and event coverage to maintain reliable service across campus.
  • Set team goals and service standards aligned with Campus Operations priorities.
  • Build consistency across shifts through regular communication, training, feedback and clear operating practices.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and constructively.
  • Coordinate the contracted cleaning company’s daily work and monitor service quality, coverage and safety practices.
  • Document recurring contractor issues and escalate unresolved service, contract or cost matters to the Senior Manager, Campus Operations.
  • Maintain campus cleanliness, sanitation and appearance through regular inspections and timely corrective action.
  • Manage EVS supplies and inventory, maintain SDS records, and reinforce safety requirements and operating procedures.
  • Review work orders, service trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service, coordinate responses and track work through completion.
  • Support additional areas of the Campus Operations Department as priorities evolve.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 - 7 years of direct leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, with experience using data to monitor service performance.
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work a regular Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to coordinate service across first and second shifts and work occasional weekends or earlier or later hours based on campus needs.

Job to be performed in the location listed. Generous benefit package available.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
