In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützt du die Leitung des Bauwesens, bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte und trägst mit deiner dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise zu einer effizienten und bürgernahen Aufgabenerfüllung bei.

**Deine Aufgaben**

* Baugesuche prüfen und Baubewilligungsverfahren selbständig durchführen * Planung und Leitung von Einigungs- und Instruktionsverhandlungen, Augenscheinen sowie Bereinigungsgesprächen * Verfassen von verfahrensleitenden Verfügungen und Gesamtbauentscheiden - Beratung und Unterstützung Dritter innerhalb und ausserhalb der Kantonsverwaltung * Stellvertretung der Abteilungsleitung Bauwesen mit der Möglichkeit, ab Sommer 2028 die Abteilungsleitung zu übernehmen

**Dein Profil**

* Ausbildung als bernische/-r Bauverwalter/-in, Abschluss auf Bachelorstufe oder an einer höheren Fachschule HF mit funktionsspezifischer Weiterbildung oder juristische Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Baubewilligungswesen und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Baurecht * Führungserfahrung von Vorteil * Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen, kundenorientierter Umgang mit stilsicherer Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
