  • Support the Integrated Launch Team (ILT) as needed. Serve as the key connector and ensure strong collaboration, co-creation, and strategic alignment across functions.
  • Lead high-priority, ad-hoc strategic initiatives such as evaluation expansion opportunities or new models for digital engagement. Benchmark recent launches and bring best practices to the team. Drive launch innovation and efficiency. Define capability gaps and needs.
  • Develop and synthesize strategic slide decks, briefing materials, and commercial updates for executive team and board of director meetings. Coordinate commercial town halls, launch updates and communications to keep the commercial organization aligned and motivated.
  • Build commercialization plan for and support future product launches.

REQUIREMENTS:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
