  • Translate frontline agent workflow pain points into actionable knowledge base content updates that align with departmental CXO performance goals
  • Help define and pioneer best practices for knowledge management during the transition to a modern, AI-driven agent desktop environment
  • Develop traditional support content using HTML and CSS for standard "how-to" articles, tools, and visual resources as needed
  • Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, and developers to ensure knowledge base accuracy and seamless system integration

  • Technical proficiency in markup and formatting languages, including Markdown, AI prompt logic, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and empathy to effectively gather requirements from subject matter experts and frontline agents
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing support systems, designing structured content, and driving operational efficiency in complex support environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
