Your Contribution

As Sales Performance Analyst, you transform complex sales, pipeline, and commercial performance data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve sales effectiveness across DISH. You own the definition, governance, and continuous improvement of sales KPIs and provide Sales Leadership, Country Managers, and Management with the analytical foundation needed to make confident business decisions. Beyond reporting, you uncover performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and challenge assumptions through data-driven analysis.

Through strong commercial understanding, analytical expertise, and compelling storytelling, you help optimize sales performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and accelerate sustainable revenue growth across the HoReCa sector.

Menu of Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales analytics lifecycle, from KPI definition and data modeling to insight generation and stakeholder communication.
  • Design, govern, and continuously improve sales performance KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and target achievement.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide Sales Leadership and Country Managers with actionable visibility into performance and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance, customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and commercial initiatives to identify improvement levers and risks.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Management teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and recommendations.
  • Drive reporting automation, KPI standardization, and data quality initiatives to improve decision-making efficiency and trust in data.

Ingredients for Success

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate commercial challenges into structured analytical approaches.
  • Advanced Tableau expertise with a focus on executive-ready sales performance reporting and dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large-scale commercial and customer datasets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling, recommendations, and actionable business insights.
  • Experience establishing KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and governance practices that improve transparency and business accountability.
