Você vai atuar em uma empresa estruturada, em crescimento, que valoriza processos bem-feitos e pessoas que aprendem rápido. O Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal é peça-chave para garantir que tudo esteja em dia com folha, admissões, rescisões e obrigações legais.

  • Apoiar no processo de admissão, demissão e férias.
  • Auxiliar no fechamento da folha de pagamento.
  • Controlar ponto, afastamentos e benefícios.
  • Organizar e atualizar cadastros e prontuários.
  • Dar suporte no envio de informações ao eSocial.
  • Atender colaboradores em dúvidas sobre DP.
  • Apoiar rotinas gerais do setor de DP.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em Departamento Pessoal ou RH administrativo.
  • Conhecimento básico de folha de pagamento, férias e rescisões.
  • Noções de legislação trabalhista e rotinas de DP.
  • Domínio de pacote Office (especialmente Excel).
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e confidencialidade.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Indaiatuba/SP.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com eSocial e sistemas de folha (ex.: Domínio, Protheus, Folhamatic etc.).
  • Formação técnica ou superior em RH, Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em escritório contábil ou empresas com alto volume de admissões.
  • Participação em cursos/atualizações de legislação trabalhista.
