Você vai atuar em lojas da região de Santos (Litoral Sul), representando grandes marcas e garantindo a melhor experiência de compra para o consumidor. Aqui, seu trabalho aparece todos os dias nas prateleiras e nos resultados.

  • Abastecer gôndolas, ilhas e pontos extras com produtos.
  • Garantir exposição correta, precificação e organização do PDV.
  • Aplicar materiais de merchandising (displays, faixas, wobblers etc.).
  • Realizar contagem de estoque e sinalizar necessidades de reposição.
  • Acompanhar validade dos produtos e zelar pelo FIFO.
  • Construir bom relacionamento com gerentes e equipes das lojas.
  • Registrar informações de campo em relatórios/sistemas da empresa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como promotor(a), repositor(a) ou atendimento em varejo.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial em Santos (Litoral Sul).
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.
  • Capacidade física para rotina em pé, reposição e movimentação de produtos.
  • Facilidade com uso de aplicativos para registro de informações.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com merchandising em grandes redes de varejo.
  • Atuação anterior com marcas de alimentos e bebidas.
  • Conhecimento básico de técnicas de exposição e giro de produtos.
  • Vivência com metas e indicadores de desempenho em PDV.
