Distinctive Hospitality Group is seeking a highly experienced Complex Director of Human Resources to join our team in Natick, MA. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can effectively manage and oversee all human resources functions for three properties. The ideal candidate will drive HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for multiple properties.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • Provide coaching and support to property-level management teams on HR matters.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related budgets and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex HR projects and multi-property management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Hilton and IHG Experience a plus
