The posting

At Madison Beach Hotel, the kitchen isn’t just a place to cook—it’s where the rhythm of the shoreline meets the precision of great cuisine. We’re looking for a Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in turning fresh, local ingredients into unforgettable coastal dishes.

This is not your average line job. Here, every plate leaves the pass with purpose—whether it’s a relaxed seaside lunch or an elegant dinner service timed perfectly with the sunset.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

  • Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and a sharp eye for presentation
  • Own your station like a pro—organized, stocked, and always service-ready
  • Work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients that reflect the Connecticut shoreline
  • Stay cool during high-volume service while keeping standards sky-high
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit culinary team that moves fast and communicates even faster

🍽️ What You Bring:

  • Line cook experience (or the drive to rise quickly in a professional kitchen)
  • Strong knife skills and a respect for technique
  • The ability to handle pressure without losing focus—or your sense of humor
  • A team-first mindset and a commitment to quality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and those golden-hour shifts

✨ Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Cook steps from the water in one of Connecticut’s most scenic coastal settings
  • Be part of a respected culinary program known for elevated, approachable cuisine
  • Work in a professional environment that still knows how to have fun
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and move up in the kitchen

Compensation: $17.75-$23.75 based on experience, Part-time and Full-time positions available with full benefits

If you’re ready to bring energy, precision, and a little coastal flair to the line, your next chapter starts here.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
