Dans le cadre du développement de Yakult en GMS, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Secteur pour prendre en charge le secteur Est / Rhône-Alpes.

Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité : quelqu’un de dynamique, combatif, très terrain et particulièrement à l’aise en négociation.

🎯 Votre objectif : développer la présence, la visibilité et la performance de Yakult dans les magasins de votre secteur.

Vos missions : • Développer la présence des références Yakult et gagner de la DN • Négocier avec les responsables de rayon et décideurs magasins • Obtenir de nouvelles implantations, mises en avant et opportunités de visibilité • Optimiser le positionnement des produits en rayon • Défendre les recommandations merchandising de la marque • Identifier et traiter les ruptures • Déployer les opérations promotionnelles et la PLV • Saisir les opportunités commerciales lors de chaque visite • Assurer une veille active sur les prix, promotions, innovations et actions concurrentes • Réaliser un reporting précis et régulier de votre activité terrain

Vous êtes capable de créer rapidement une relation avec vos interlocuteurs tout en gardant une vraie culture du résultat.

Face à un refus, vous cherchez une autre porte d’entrée. Face à une opportunité, vous savez la transformer.

• Excellent tempérament commercial • Très forte capacité de négociation • Dynamisme, énergie et persévérance • Goût du challenge et des objectifs • Autonomie et sens de l’organisation • Excellent relationnel • Une expérience en GMS, FMCG ou agroalimentaire est appréciée • Poste itinérant - Permis B indispensable

📍 Secteur : Est / Rhône-Alpes

💰 Package : • Rémunération comprise entre 2100€ et 2500€ brut par mois selon profil et expérience • Jusqu’à 300 € de variable / mois
