O Product Manager desta equipe é a figura central que conecta as duas pontas: entende profundamente o problema de negócio do cliente e garante que a solução entregue gere valor real e mensurável. Não é um papel puramente técnico nem puramente de gestão — é a intersecção dos dois.

Papel híbrido por natureza: você atuará com a visão de negócio de um PM, a cadência de entrega de um PO e a consciência de risco de um gestor de projetos. O equilíbrio entre esses três modos é o que define excelência nesta

RESPONSABILIDADES

O que esperamos de você no dia a dia:

  • Liderar o discovery com o cliente: mapear dores reais, validar hipóteses de negócio e definir se — e como — inteligência artificial é a melhor solução para o problema.
  • Definir e comunicar a visão do produto de forma clara para todos os envolvidos — da diretoria do cliente ao engenheiro de dados do squad.
  • Construir e priorizar o backlog, traduzindo requisitos de negócio em tarefas ágeis (PBIs) executáveis pela equipe de engenharia, com escopo bem delimitado.
  • Garantir o ritmo da operação: conduzir dailies, sprint reviews, demos e checkpoints estratégicos com clientes tendo consistência, protegendo o squad de interferências externas.
  • Atuar como guardião do escopo e dos riscos, identificando desvios cedo e escalando com clareza quando necessário.
  • Acompanhar métricas de impacto das soluções entregues e produzir relatórios de status que demonstrem valor para stakeholders estratégicos.
  • Organizar a base de conhecimento do projeto — wikis, boards, documentações e artefatos — garantindo que o contexto esteja sempre acessível e bem estruturado.
  • Participar ativamente do ciclo pós-MVP, apoiando a transferência de conhecimento para o cliente e a evolução contínua da solução.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Experiência sólida em gestão de produtos digitais — visão de produto, escopo, backlog, roadmap e colaboração com times multifuncionais. Atuação de ponta a ponta (discovery ao delivery).
  • Conhecimento prático de inteligência artificial: LLMs, agentes de IA, machine learning, NLP, RAG. Não precisa codificar, mas precisa entender o suficiente para ter conversas técnicas produtivas e avaliar viabilidade.
  • Habilidade analítica para coletar, interpretar e apresentar dados — extraindo insights que orientem decisões e comprovem o valor da solução entregue.
  • Comunicação clara e persuasiva com públicos diferentes: C-Level do cliente, engenheiros, cientistas de dados e times de negócio. Saber equalizar a linguagem é o que separa um bom PM de um excelente.
  • Orientação a resultados com senso de urgência, capacidade de priorizar sob pressão e foco na entrega de soluções que realmente funcionam no contexto do cliente.
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de gestão de produto (Jira, Confluence, Notion ou similares).
  • Facilidade para gerir documentação e criar bases de conhecimento organizadas — taxonomia, wikis, frameworks visuais. Quem subestima esse ponto, não fica aqui por muito tempo.
