Estamos buscando uma pessoa para integrar nosso time de Recrutamento & Seleção, que tenha vontade de aprender, goste de desafios e queira desenvolver sua carreira em uma consultoria dinâmica e orientada a resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a condução de processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo projetos de alto volume.
  • Realizar análise de perfis de acordo com os requisitos das vagas.
  • Identificar e abordar potenciais candidatos por meio do LinkedIn e outras fontes.
  • Realizar contatos iniciais e agendamentos de entrevistas.
  • Participar de entrevistas e avaliações, acompanhando as consultoras responsáveis.
  • Atualizar informações nos sistemas de recrutamento e acompanhar as diferentes etapas dos processos seletivos.
  • Apoiar a organização de indicadores, controles e relatórios dos projetos.
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento dos prazos e para uma experiência positiva dos candidatos durante todo o processo.

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos e entregas.
  • Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e utilizar ferramentas digitais.
  • Interesse em atuar em projetos de recrutamento de alto volume, com diferentes demandas e desafios.
  • Capacidade de priorizar atividades e manter a qualidade das entregas em uma rotina dinâmica, com prazos desafiadores.
  • Flexibilidade, resiliência e disposição para aprender em um ambiente que valoriza agilidade, colaboração e resultados.
  • Formação em 2027 ou 2028.

  • Conhecimento de LinkedIn e plataformas de recrutamento.
  • Vivência acadêmica ou profissional em atividades relacionadas a recrutamento e seleção.
  • Conhecimento de Excel e ferramentas de organização e controle.
  • Experiência com projetos de volume.

Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, com 3 dias presenciais por semana no escritório e 2 dias de trabalho remoto.

Carga horária: 6 horas diárias, 30 horas semanais.
