En Diusframi buscamos incorporar un/a Business Partner TI que actúe como enlace estratégico entre el área de Tecnología y las distintas áreas de negocio, identificando necesidades, impulsando iniciativas de transformación digital y garantizando que las soluciones tecnológicas aporten valor a los objetivos de la compañía.

Buscamos una persona con capacidad de interlocución, visión global del negocio y experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, capaz de coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y liderar iniciativas de principio a fin.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Recoger y analizar requerimientos de las distintas áreas de negocio.
  • Definir alcance, planificación, hitos y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, cambios, riesgos, incidencias y dependencias.
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos de sistemas, redes, comunicaciones, cloud y desarrollo, así como proveedores externos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de proyectos mediante Jira.
  • Actuar como interlocutor principal con los clientes internos, gestionando expectativas y reportando avances.
  • Participar en proyectos de implantación e integración de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central y Easy WMS de Mecalux.
  • Coordinar despliegues y migraciones de infraestructura en entornos Azure, AWS, Google Cloud y entornos on-premise.
  • Garantizar la documentación de los proyectos y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos de calidad y seguridad de la información.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.

Tu perfil

  • Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o titulación similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Project Manager en proyectos TI. Valorable experiencia superior a 5 años.
  • Experiencia en planificación y gestión de proyectos mediante metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Conocimientos de sistemas, redes y comunicaciones.
  • Conocimientos de Azure, AWS o Google Cloud.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, presupuestos y proveedores.
  • Capacidad de comunicación, negociación y orientación al cliente interno.
  • Nivel de inglés B1 o superior.
  • Valorable certificación PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum o similares.
