Funciones

  • Recibir y revisar los expedientes abiertos por las diferentes entidades/clientes.
  • Recopilar información de diferentes herramientas y fuentes con el objetivo de estudiar los datos y ejecutar las correspondientes acciones para su posterior resolución en base a los parámetros bancarios estipulados.
  • Introducción de documentación en los distintos aplicativos internos.
  • Analizar y evaluar datos y expedientes para transformarlos en información para poder llevar a cabo una toma de decisiones con el propósito de ser solucionado mediante los diferentes aplicativos.
  • Control del personal asignado en cuanto a ausencias, cuadrantes, retrasos, vacaciones, etc., teniendo en cuenta el personal requerido para alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
  • Equilibrar las cargas de trabajo entre los agentes.
  • Acompañamiento y formación a nuevas incorporaciones.
  • Monitorización de los agentes para su evaluación y valoración de KPIS.
  • Preparación de informes sobre el servicio.
  • Reuniones individuales con los agentes para conocer el desempeño de su trabajo.
  • Corrección de desviaciones en caso de incumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Reuniones periódicas con el equipo, de cara a garantizar el traspaso de información necesaria con respecto al servicio.
  • Participación en la creación de medidas para la mejora de los agentes (con carácter individual), así como del servicio.
  • Seguir las instrucciones indicadas por el/la Supervisor del servicio en todo momento.
  • Cumplir los Objetivos de Estándares de Calidad.
  • Seguir los Procedimientos establecidos para el Servicio.
  • Respetar los indicadores de nivel de servicio definidos.
  • Asumir y ejecutar los procedimientos establecidos para la consecución del nivel de Excelencia.
  • Realizar las mediciones de TMO (Tiempo Medio de Operación) para el control y mejora de los procesos.
  • Realización de pruebas de conocimiento para evaluar el nivel de formación y competencias de los agentes.
  • Llevar a cabo auditorías internas para verificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos y la calidad del servicio.
  • Confección y actualización de manuales operativos y flujogramas de procesos para asegurar la correcta transmisión de información y estandarización de procesos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los diferentes sistemas de gestión implantados en la organización, incluyendo su política y el conjunto de requisitos que lo conforman.

  • En caso de incorporación interna, no sería imprescindible la experiencia previa a nivel de gestión de equipos.
