How You’ll Contribute: Diversified is seeking an experienced Associate Producer to support a corporate client's internal production team in Santa Clara, California. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of live in-person events, virtual and hybrid productions, streaming events, and television broadcasts. The Associate Producer will participate in all phases of production, including project intake, scope definition, production planning, rehearsals, live execution, and post-event activities. The position requires strong production knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in live event, hybrid, and broadcast production environments, with a strong understanding of studio and control room workflows. The Associate Producer will work closely with the client's Executive Producer, internal stakeholders, external broadcast partners, and technical production teams to deliver professional, high-quality productions.   What You’ll Do:   Production Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and support live in-person, virtual, hybrid, streaming, and broadcast productions. Independently produce assigned events while supporting the Executive Producer on larger, high-profile productions. Participate in project intake, scope definition, requirements gathering, and production planning. Develop and maintain production schedules, run-of-show documents, cue sheets, and rehearsal plans. Coordinate production elements, including presenters, content, graphics, video playback, and event transitions. Support rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and live event execution. Monitor production readiness and proactively identify potential issues or gaps. Make timely decisions and adapt to changing production requirements during live events. Coordinate with internal and external production personnel to ensure successful event delivery.

Virtual & Hybrid Production

Produce and support Zoom meetings, webinars, virtual events, and hybrid productions involving both in-person and remote participants. Coordinate multiple presenters, presentation materials, video playback, graphics, and other production elements within virtual environments. Manage Zoom production functions, including participant coordination, screen sharing, spotlighting, and other platform features as required. Coordinate with onsite production and technical teams to integrate virtual and in-person production elements. Assist presenters with rehearsals, technical checks, and production preparation. Identify and troubleshoot basic production issues, escalating technical problems to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Maintain a consistent, professional experience for both in-person and remote audiences.

Studio & Broadcast Production

Support live studio productions, recorded programming, and television broadcast events. Work within professional studio and broadcast control room environments. Coordinate with technical directors, graphics operators, playback operators, audio personnel, and engineering teams. Assist with production cues, camera transitions, graphics, playback, and overall show flow. Work alongside the Executive Producer and external television or network broadcast partners as required. Apply established television and broadcast production practices to corporate production workflows. Maintain familiarity with the technologies, terminology, and operational processes used in live broadcast production.

Production Asset Management

Lead asset management requirements for large-scale productions, including videos, lower thirds, graphics, demonstrations, and other production materials. Coordinate the collection, organization, tracking, and delivery of production assets. Manage content deadlines, revisions, and version control throughout the production process. Work with internal stakeholders, content owners, and production teams to ensure required assets are delivered on time. Confirm that approved production materials are available and properly organized for rehearsals and live execution. Coordinate last-minute content updates and communicate changes to the appropriate production personnel. Maintain accurate asset inventories and production documentation.

Executive & Stakeholder Communication

Communicate professionally with employees, internal stakeholders, presenters, and executive leadership. Support executive and presenter preparation through production briefings, rehearsals, and technical checks. Gather production requirements and communicate expectations clearly to production and technical teams. Provide timely updates regarding schedules, production readiness, content requirements, and changes. Maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure when supporting confidential or high-visibility events. Establish positive working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders. Respond professionally to feedback, changing priorities, and last-minute production requests.

Production Coordination & Process Improvement

Manage multiple assigned productions and competing priorities. Maintain accurate production schedules, documentation, and event requirements. Coordinate production meetings, rehearsals, and post-event reviews. Identify opportunities to improve production planning, asset management, and communication workflows. Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and production best practices. Collaborate with production and engineering personnel, including the Engineer-in-Charge, to support technical readiness and issue escalation.

  Work Environment

Full-time position based in Santa Clara, California. Primarily onsite for live, hybrid, and studio productions. Some remote flexibility may be available for virtual production responsibilities, based on operational requirements. Standard schedule of 40 hours per week. Schedule flexibility may be required for early mornings, evenings, or extended production hours based on event requirements and approved overtime.

High School Diploma or equivalent

  Required Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in live event, broadcast, and hybrid production environments. Demonstrated experience producing events involving simultaneous in-person and virtual audiences. Proficiency with Zoom and virtual production workflows involving multiple presenters, presentation materials, videos, and graphics. Experience working in live studio and broadcast control room environments. Working knowledge of broadcast production technologies, terminology, and workflows. Experience developing and managing run-of-show documents, production schedules, and event deliverables. Experience coordinating and managing production assets, including videos, graphics, lower thirds, and presentation materials. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make timely decisions and adapt quickly to changing production requirements. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and technical teams.

  Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Previous television or professional broadcast production experience strongly preferred. Experience working with Executive Producers and external television or network broadcast partners. Experience supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership teams. Experience producing high-profile corporate events, executive communications, and live-streamed productions. Familiarity with professional broadcast production workflows involving live switching, graphics, playback, and studio operations. Experience coordinating complex production assets across multiple departments or production teams.  Professional Skills & Attributes
