Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela integridade da execução de tarefas, relatórios e análises: Acompanhar indicadores de operação e garantir a aplicação do modelo de negócio;Executar tarefas e processos operacionais de complexidade intermediária e avançada:Atuação junto a escritórios de cobrança;Discutir, sugerir e implantar relatórios e análises operacionais e gerenciais, intra- e inter-áreas;Promover melhorias constantes aos materiais de suporte e processos de operações;Conhecimento abrangente das atividades da área (Recuperação de Crédito);Interação operacional inter-áreas e parceiros operacionais;Participar e interagir no planejamento das estratégias de cobrança;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso superior/tecnólogo, completo ou cursando nas áreas de Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Técnico ou áreas correlatasConhecimento intermediário a avançado em Excel.Imprescindível boa redação;Ter atuado em cargo de gestão em operações de recuperação de crédito;Conhecimento/Atuação em planejamento de estratégias de cobrança.
