Estamos procurando um Estagiário de Banco de Dados para fazer parte do nosso time. Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a equipe de Administração de Bancos de Dados nas atividades de monitoramento e documentação. Executar rotinas operacionais e desenvolver conhecimentos práticos sobre disponibilidade, desempenho, segurança e capacidade dos ambientes de banco de dados. Registrar e classificar chamados no sistema de atendimento, com categoria, prioridade e descrição clara do problema. Atender dúvidas e problemas simples de usuários, como redefinição de senhas, acesso a pastas e configurações básicas. Apoiar na execução de procedimentos padronizados da base de conhecimento e registrar os resultados no chamado. Acompanhar os chamados em aberto e manter o usuário informado sobre prazos e status. Apoiar a criação e a revisão de artigos da base de conhecimento a partir dos chamados resolvidos. Participar de treinamentos internos e reuniões de acompanhamento da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Cursando ensino superior em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

Conhecimentos básicos de banco de dados relacionais e linguagem SQL. Conhecimentos básicos de sistemas operacionais Windows. Conhecimentos básicos do pacote Microsoft Office.
