The posting

Job description

Dixa is the agentic customer service platform behind more than 1,000 consumer brands. We combine AI with a human touch, so brands can resolve customer questions instantly and still feel personal. Our AI agent, Mim, can resolve most routine enquiries on its own. Every email, chat, call and DM sits in one connected conversation, so no customer ever feels like a ticket number.

Customer service is changing faster than ever, and the deals you close will put Dixa at the heart of how leading brands make that change. Most closing roles follow the same pattern. You inherit meetings from an SDR floor you rarely speak to, work your deals alone, chase a solutions engineer when you need one, and hand the customer over at signature without ever hearing how it went. This role is built differently.

At Dixa we call this role a CX Consultant. You’ll be part of a Sales Pod, a small team that owns the DACH territory from start to finish. You’ll work every day alongside a CX Growth Associate on pipeline and a CX Architect on solution design. You’ll lead deals from qualified opportunities to close and take direct accountability for the revenue they bring in. You won’t just work the deals you’re given. You’ll help create them, shape them and see them through to a successful customer.

About you

  • You’re fluent in German and English, and confident negotiating and presenting to senior stakeholders in both
  • You’ve sold in the DACH market and understand how buying decisions, procurement and stakeholder dynamics work there
  • You have experience in a closing sales role in B2B SaaS or tech, with a track record of owning the full sales cycle and consistently hitting revenue targets
  • You’re confident leading complex, multi-stakeholder discovery and negotiations, including with VP and C-suite buyers
  • You’ve built and presented business cases with quantified ROI and economic impact to senior decision-makers
  • You sell through deep discovery and well-reasoned business cases, not feature-led pitches
  • You know structured sales methodologies. MEDDPICC and Command of Message experience is a plus, and we’ll support you through onboarding either way
  • You’re comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce ideally) and disciplined about pipeline hygiene and forecasting
  • Familiarity with customer service or contact centre solutions is a bonus
  • You’re competitive and resilient, with the drive to perform consistently across longer, more complex sales cycles
  • You’re calm and composed in high-stakes moments: tough negotiations, objections and senior conversations
  • You’re comfortable using AI to speed up the groundwork, like account research, call prep, follow-ups and CRM updates, so more of your time goes into high-value conversations with buyers
  • You’d rather win as a team than as an individual, and you’re happy to share pipeline ownership and roll up your sleeves on outbound
  • You’re always sharpening your craft, and you welcome debriefs and peer feedback

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the commercial relationship with prospects across DACH, running discovery, negotiations and executive conversations in German and English
  • Leading commercial deal execution from qualified opportunity to close, owning discovery, solution alignment, negotiation and commercial agreement
  • Running deep discovery to understand each prospect’s business challenges, decision-making structure and commercial priorities
  • Building and presenting compelling business cases that connect Dixa’s value to each prospect’s business outcomes
  • Handling complex negotiations independently, adapting your approach to each account’s stakeholders and deal structure
  • Generating pipeline alongside your CX Growth Associate, as an active part of the Pod’s outbound motion rather than an observer
  • Shaping account planning and territory prioritisation with your Pod, bringing a commercial view on where to focus and how to sequence the approach
  • Co-owning the Pod’s pipeline and forecast, keeping CRM data accurate and bringing a clear commercial read to pipeline reviews
  • Partnering with your CX Architect on solution scoping and customer handoff, and joining onboarding debriefs to improve future deals
  • Sharing what works (deal strategies, negotiation approaches, objection handling) with CX Consultants in other Pods

Job benefits

You’re part of a team, not a solo seller. There’s no wall between the people who book meetings and the people who close them. You sit in the Pod with your CX Consultant colleague, CX Growth Associate and CX Architect. You plan accounts together, decide which ones to go after together, and share the credit when deals close.

You own the deal, end to end. From discovery through negotiation to commercial agreement, you lead the process and you’re the prospect’s trusted adviser throughout. You’ll build business cases with quantified ROI and take them to director, VP and C-suite buyers.

Expertise joins the deal early, not late. Your CX Architect is someone you lean on as a sparring partner. You’ll bring them in early wherever technical depth adds commercial value, so solutions are shaped around the customer’s real problems from the start.

You’ll see what happens after signature. You’ll support the handoff into onboarding so the relationship and context carry through. You’ll also sit in on post-onboarding debriefs to hear what customers actually got compared with what they were promised, and use that to sharpen how you sell.

There’s a real community behind you. Our CX Consultant community of practice brings consultants from every Pod together to share deal strategies, negotiation learnings and what’s working in the market. You’ll learn from it and help shape it.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
