Na temelju članka 26. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 98/19, 57/22) te članka 47. Statuta Dječjeg vrtića Vesela Kućica, raspisuje se NATJEČAJ ZA RADNO MJESTO ODGOJITELJ/ ICA 1 izvršitelj/ica, na neodređeno, puno radno vrijeme UVJETI za radno mjesto: Prema članku 24. i 25. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07 , 94/13, 98/19, 57/22) i Pravilniku o vrsti stručne spreme stručnih djelatnika te vrsti i stupnju stručne spreme ostalih djelatnika u vrtiću (NN 133/97). Prema članku 26. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07 , 94/13, 98/19, 57/22), ako se na natječaj ne javi osoba koja ispunjava uvjete iz članka 24. Zakona, natječaj će se ponoviti u roku od 5 mjeseci, a do zasnivanja radnog odnosa na osnovi ponovljenog natječaja, radni se odnos može zasnovati s osobom koja ne ispunjava propisane uvjete. Na natječaj se pod ravnopravnim uvjetima mogu prijaviti osobe oba spola, sukladno Zakonu o ravnopravnosti spolova (NN 82/08, 69/17). Radni odnos u Dječjem vrtiću ne može zasnovati osoba koja ima zapreke iz članka 25. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 98/19, 57/22) te koja nema zdravstvenu sposobnost za obavljanje navedenih poslova. Kandidati koji ostvaruju pravo na prednost pri zapošljavanju prema posebnim propisima, dužni su u prijavi na natječaj pozvati se na to pravo i priložiti svu propisanu dokumentaciju prema posebnom zakonu te imaju pravo prednosti u odnosu na ostale kandidate pod jednakim uvjetima. Kandidati, uz vlastoručno potpisanu zamolbu/prijavu, na natječaj prilažu: 1.dokaz o stečenoj stručnoj spremi, odnosno o odgovarajućoj razini i vrsti obrazovanja 2.uvjerenje nadležnog suda da se protiv kandidata ne vodi kazneni postupak prema članku 25. st. 1. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07 , 94/13, 98/19, 57/22) - ne starije od dana objave natječaja, 3.uvjerenje nadležnog suda da se protiv kandidata ne vodi prekršajni postupak prema članku 25. st. 4. Zakona o predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju (NN 10/97, 107/07, 94/13, 98/19, 57/22) - ne starije od dana objave natječaja, 4.dokaz o državljanstvu, 5.elektronički zapis (e-radna knjižica) ili Potvrdu o podacima evidentiranim u matičnoj evidenciji Hrvatskoga zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje - ne starije od dana objave natječaja, 6.životopis Dokumentaciju je potrebno priložiti u preslici. Rok za podnošenje prijava je 12.11.2026. Prijave za natječaj zajedno s obveznom dokumentacijom dostavljaju se: • osobno na adresu DJEČJI VRTIĆ VESELA KUĆICA, Čučerska cesta 183, 10 040 Zagreb, s naznakom “Za natječaj za radno mjesto odgojitelj- neodređeno” ili • elektronskom poštom, na e-mail adresu <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> Prijave koje su nepotpisane, nepotpune te nepravovremene neće se razmatrati. U skladu s Uredbom EU 2016/679 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 17.04.2016. te Zakona o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti osobnih podataka (NN 42/18) kandidat prijavom na natječaj daje privolu za prikupljanje i obradu podataka iz natječajne dokumentacije, a sve u svrhu provedbe natječaja za zapošljavanje. Odluka o odabiru kandidata bit će objavljena na web stranici Vrtića najkasnije 8 dana od njezina donošenja. Vrtić zadržava pravo da ne prihvati iti jednu prijavu bez obveze obrazlaganja svoje odluke i bez ikakve odgovornosti prema kandidatima/ kandidatkinjama.
