Join our Cards domain and help design banking experiences that customers use every day.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work across two product teams, with a focus on bringing a new banking product to market. You'll build on existing concepts, design customer journeys, and help shape how customers use the new product.

You'll also work on improving our existing card products and services. We're looking for someone who questions how things work today, spots opportunities for improvement, and works with Product and Engineering to find solutions.

You'll be based in Valencia, working closely with your product teams and our Design team in Berlin. You'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, make design decisions, and challenge existing approaches, while being part of a wider team that shares ideas, gives feedback, and supports each other.

{ your_responsibilities: [

  • Take ownership of design work across two product teams, covering card onboarding, card management, and related services.
  • Design customer journeys for a new banking product, building on existing concepts and preparing designs for implementation.
  • Review and build on existing designs and concepts, identify gaps and open questions, and move the work forward.
  • Design user flows, interactions, and interfaces, including different states, edge cases, and the details needed for implementation.
  • Apply accessibility standards and relevant legal requirements, including WCAG and BFSG, throughout the design process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing card experiences, using customer feedback, research, and data to propose and validate solutions with Product.
  • Manage priorities across both teams, communicate trade-offs, and raise dependencies or risks early.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Business, and Legal/Compliance to clarify requirements, question assumptions, and agree on solutions.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and design reviews when they help teams make decisions or resolve open questions.
  • Work with other designers to maintain consistency across card products and services, and share what you learn along the way.
  • Keep your Design Manager and the Berlin-based Design team informed about your work, share progress, seek feedback, and involve others early in important decisions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
