  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle: Zwischen Venue, Produktion, Veranstalter:in und Dienstleister:innen – du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand.
  • Du denkst wirtschaftlich und steuerst sicher: Du verantwortest Budgets, Timings und Projektziele – effizient und transparent.
  • Du führst Teams und Partner:innen: Externe Dienstleister:innen und interne Units steuerst du klar, verbindlich und partnerschaftlich.
  • Projektmanagement liegt dir im Blut: Du denkst in Phasen, bist lösungsorientiert und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe – auch bei spontanen Herausforderungen.

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung im Eventbereich: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine passende Ausbildung – ergänzt durch mehrjährige Praxis in der Veranstaltungsbranche.
  • Du kennst das Live-Geschäft: Du hast Erfahrung mit großen Produktionen – ob aus dem Konzert-, Show-, Sport- oder Broadcast-Umfeld.
  • Veranstaltungsleitung ist dein Terrain: Du hast Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von Events – idealerweise in der Rolle als Betreibervertreter:in oder Veranstaltungsleiter:in vor Ort.
  • Branchenverständnis & Netzwerk: Du verstehst Marktmechanismen, bringst idealerweise Kontakte mit und hast ein gutes Gespür für Entwicklungen.
  • Venue-Know-how: Du kennst die Abläufe auf Betreiberseite, weißt, wie Produktionen ticken – und kannst Schnittstellen effizient managen.
  • Digitale Tools sind für dich Alltag: MS Office (v. a. Excel und PowerPoint) nutzt du sicher und zielgerichtet.
  • Stark in Kommunikation & Führung: Du kommunizierst klar, führst souverän – und bleibst auch in komplexen Projekten verbindlich und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch: Du arbeitest proaktiv, übernimmst Verantwortung und willst Dinge bewegen.
  • Live heißt: flexibel & belastbar: Du bleibst ruhig und fokussiert – auch wenn’s mal hektisch wird. Arbeitszeiten im Eventbetrieb sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Englisch? Läuft.: Du kannst dich im Projektumfeld sicher auf Englisch verständigen – schriftlich wie mündlich.
