Responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar o avanço físico das obras e atualizar os indicadores de execução;
  • Elaborar e atualizar cronogramas de obras e projetos;
  • Realizar medições de campo e conferência de serviços executados;
  • Controlar e atualizar planilhas de acompanhamento;
  • Monitorar prazos, marcos e entregas previstos no cronograma;
  • Apoiar a programação de equipes, recursos e materiais necessários para execução das atividades;
  • Acompanhar a produtividade das equipes e apontar desvios de planejamento;
  • Realizar levantamento de informações junto às equipes de campo para atualização dos controles;
  • Controlar documentação, registros e evidências das obras;
  • Realizar medições de contratos e acompanhamento dos quantitativos executados;
  • Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento e apresentar status das atividades;
  • Garantir a confiabilidade das informações registradas nos sistemas e controles da empresa;
  • Interagir com outras áreas para garantir o cumprimento de prazos e metas;
  • Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e dar suporte nas tomadas de decisão da área.

Requisito:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico em eletrotécnica ou superior em andamento em Engenharia, Automação ou áreas afins);
  • Experiência com medição de obras e contratos, acompanhamento de avanço físico e conferência de serviços executados;
  • Domínio de Excel (nível intermediário a avançado);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de planejamento (desejável: MS Project, Power BI ou similares);
  • Boa capacidade de análise, organização e comunicação.

Diferencial:

  • Experiência em planejamento e acompanhamento de obras civis;
  • Vivência em ambientes industriais ou de prestação de serviços;
  • Conhecimento em ERP.
