What you will be doing

Als (Senior) Associate binnen ons Financial & Regulatory Reporting-team speel je een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van onze klanten, waaronder vermogensbeheerders en pensioenfondsen, bij het opstellen van hoogwaardige financiële en regelgevende rapportages. Vanaf dag één maak je deel uit van verschillende rapportageteams, waardoor je brede ervaring opdoet met diverse rapportagetypen en klantomgevingen. Je ontwikkelt een scherp oog voor detail, ontwikkelt je analytische vaardigheden en begint, onder goede begeleiding, zelf met het opstellen van financiële rapportages. Je bespreekt je bevindingen regelmatig met het team en met klanten, zodat jouw inzichten direct bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van ons werk. Afhankelijk van je ervaring, kan je collega’s begeleiden en beoordelen. Je helpt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling door het geven van feedback en het voeren van evaluatie- en ontwikkelgesprekken.

Naast je werkzaamheden op het gebied van rapportage krijg je de kans om deel te nemen aan een van onze interne onderzoeksteams. Je verdiept je in een onderwerp dat jou interesseert, schrijft een artikel op basis van je bevindingen en publiceert dit via DM Netherlands. Ook kun je je blik verbreden door samen te werken met andere servicelijnen of een interim opdracht bij een klant op locatie uit te voeren. Dit biedt een unieke kans om verschillende werkculturen, systemen en teams te ervaren, terwijl je jouw professionele ontwikkeling in een stroomversnelling breng.

What you will need

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail, met het vermogen om gegevens snel te interpreteren en verbanden te leggen. Je voelt je prettig in een teamomgeving en deelt actief je kennis en ervaringen met collega’s. Je bent nieuwsgierig, betrokken en een goede luisteraar. Bij uitdagingen communiceer je duidelijk en tijdig, en je reageert vlot op vragen van anderen. Je bent proactief ingesteld, blijft jezelf graag ontwikkelen en je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (Bachelor, Master of gelijkwaardig) in Accountancy, Finance & Control, Bedrijfskunde of Business Management.
  • 0 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring (bij voorkeur binnen de financiële sector of accountancy).
  • Je bent sterk gemotiveerd om te leren van en binnen de asset management-sector.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met de asset management-sector is een pré.
