  • Prepare summaries of contractual issues, proposed revisions, and negotiation considerations.
  • Help identify non-standard contract terms requiring legal review or business approval.

Negotiation and Procurement Support

  • Support negotiations involving client procurement, legal, and contracting personnel.
  • Track open contract issues and assist with coordinating responses and revisions.
  • Prepare draft redlines and alternative language consistent with approved contracting practices and playbooks.

  • Prepare contract summaries, issue analyses, and supporting materials for legal review.
  • Escalate legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk-related issues as appropriate.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
