DMF, filiale du Groupe FMG Sales & Marketing, leader en France dans le secteur du marketing opérationnel (85 M€ de CA), met depuis plus de 20 ans toute son expertise terrain au service du développement des ventes et de la valorisation des marques et produits de ses clients.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département VAD (Ventes à Domicile), nous recherchons un Recruteur H/F dynamique afin de participer au recrutement de commerciaux terrain sous statut VRP.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable recrutement, vous serez accompagné(e) dans votre prise de poste et participerez au recrutement de nos futurs commerciaux terrain pour nos activités de ventes à domicile.

À ce titre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier et attirer de nouveaux talents commerciaux (VRP)
  • Rédiger et diffuser les offres d'emploi
  • Réaliser le sourcing sur les jobboards et les réseaux professionnels
  • Effectuer les préqualifications téléphoniques
  • Accompagner les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement jusqu'à leur intégration
  • Participer au suivi de l'activité recrutement
